Cooling-Off Period: In line with the guidelines set by the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. This period commences from the date the order is placed through our website.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Within the Cooling-Off Period:
    • If you decide to cancel your order within this 14-day cooling-off period, and no substantial work has been completed on your will, you are entitled to a full refund.
    • If the service is fully completed within the 14-day period and you have expressly agreed to the service starting within this timeframe, thereby acknowledging your understanding that you will lose your right to a refund once the service is completed, no refund will be available.
  2. After the Cooling-Off Period:
    • Once the cooling-off period has expired, if we have not commenced work on your will, you may still be eligible for a partial refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.
    • If work on your will has commenced after the cooling-off period, no refunds will be offered.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Notify us in writing of your decision to cancel the service. This can be done via email or post. Please include your order reference number for ease of processing.
  2. Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request and inform you of the next steps.
  3. Review: Your refund request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.
  4. Processing: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirming your refund request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
